The Electronic Spare Parts catalogue System can mainly be operated via the mouse. In addition, it is

also possible to operate the system by means of the keyboard. ( i.e. by entering the relevant identification data into the relevant input fields/boxes ).

In general the key " F1 " will call up a help menu and the " ESC " key will leave the present menu and

return to the previous menu.

By clicking with the mouse cursor onto the top button strip and by using the keyboard cursor keys, it is

possible to move amongst the various menus and screens as well as between the various help functions.

Every menu consists of a top button strip and display screen. The input fields/boxes and buttons make

it possible to enter into the Electronic Spare Parts catalogue, as well as navigating in the Spare Part Lists

(i.e. calling up functions, moving between menus and paging through the various pictures/illustrations ).

We would at this stage be very grateful for any new ideas with regard to the further development of this

program and with regard to eliminating any unwanted mistakes. We will consider all the gathered/accumulated ideas and as far as possible integrate the improvements into the next upgrade

edition of the program.

CLAAS spare parts catalogues always show the build status of the machines. The Cross Reference facility informs of any changes regarding delivery volumes or replacements.

An X in the "Code" section of the screen marks a part that is subject to cross reference.

Activate X-marked lines of text by double-clicking the mouse button. This displays a cross reference window showing the parts concerned.

Max. five items can be directly viewed in the available window size. Scroll through the cross reference window contents for more.

To insert and store cross referenced parts in the order list, activate the parts by mouse click and then click the "Accum. items" button to have them stored there.

Close the cross reference window with the "Return" button.
